Mud, pain and glory

Estimated reading time: 1 minute

Cyclocross. This discipline so hated and so desired at once, full of mud, obstacles, and changes of pace. Characterized by its hardness, pain, suffering and, why not, fun.

Increasingly, those who dare to try this event. Especially the last two years, many fixed gear team riders pluck up courage and decide to spend the “pre-season” participating in these races that seem one thing from outside and from within are a living hell.

Our friend and photographer, Brazo de Hierro, has had the opportunity to attend a couple of racers of the Catalan Cup CX and delight us with a set of amazing photos. He always does it, but, on this occasion, colors, water, mud and riders giving one’s all, allowed that Brazo’s objective captures the pure essence of cyclocross.

We hope you like and, for better or worse, you feel encouraged to discover much more about this amazing discipline.
