Lo que comenz\u00f3 como una extensi\u00f3n del ciclismo de aventura con un marcado car\u00e1cter de exploraci\u00f3n ha evolucionado hacia un escenario mucho m\u00e1s competitivo, r\u00e1pido y t\u00e9cnico, donde la aerodin\u00e1mica empieza a jugar un papel tan importante como la durabilidad o el control. Con esa idea nace la nueva gama ENVE G SES, una familia de ruedas desarrollada para responder a las exigencias del gravel moderno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-c6cafc8e\">La marca estadounidense\u2014cuyos componentes siguen fabric\u00e1ndose en Ogden, Utah\u2014explica que buena parte del desarrollo de esta nueva l\u00ednea se ha llevado a cabo junto a atletas presentes en algunas de las principales pruebas de gravel del calendario internacional. La marca quiso explorar hasta qu\u00e9 punto pod\u00eda optimizar un sistema rueda-neum\u00e1tico dise\u00f1ado espec\u00edficamente para cubiertas gravel modernas de gran bal\u00f3n. El resultado son tres nuevos modelos con enfoques distintos: las radicales ENVE G SES 6.7 PRO (1.580g), y las m\u00e1s vers\u00e1tiles ENVE G SES 4.5 PRO (1.480g) y ENVE G SES 4.5 (1.565g).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-6068c5f1\">La 6.7 PRO representa la propuesta m\u00e1s extrema de la gama, con perfiles de 60 mm delante y 67 mm detr\u00e1s, adem\u00e1s de una generosa anchura interna de 35 mm pensada para neum\u00e1ticos entre 44 y 52 mm. Seg\u00fan ENVE, esta configuraci\u00f3n es la que mejores resultados ofreci\u00f3 en el t\u00fanel de viento, pero debido a la complejidad de mantener un peso competitivo con unas llantas tan profundas, este modelo solo se ofrece en especificaci\u00f3n PRO, con los componentes m\u00e1s ligeros de la marca: bujes PRO Innerdrive, sistema ratchet ultraligero de 40 dientes y rodamientos cer\u00e1micos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-80e155a4\">Por debajo aparecen las G SES 4.5, disponibles en versi\u00f3n est\u00e1ndar y PRO. Ambas comparten llantas con perfiles de 49 mm delante y 55 mm detr\u00e1s, adem\u00e1s de 30 mm de anchura interna, aunque difieren en el montaje de bujes y cabecillas. Mientras la versi\u00f3n PRO utiliza los mismos bujes y rodamientos cer\u00e1micos que la 6.7 PRO, la G SES 4.5 monta bujes Premium Innerdrive con rodamientos de acero inoxidable y cabecillas de lat\u00f3n, ofreciendo una opci\u00f3n m\u00e1s accesible sin comprometer el rendimiento aerodin\u00e1mico del conjunto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-5cef1959\">Las tres ruedas comparten la misma filosof\u00eda de dise\u00f1o que las ruedas SES de carretera con las que ENVE ha llegado a lo m\u00e1s alto. Los aros delanteros y traseros utilizan perfiles diferenciados, optimizados espec\u00edficamente para las necesidades de flujo de aire, estabilidad y eficiencia de cada posici\u00f3n. A 32 km\/h, el ahorro ronda los 8 vatios respecto a una configuraci\u00f3n convencional, mientras que a 48 km\/h la diferencia puede alcanzar los 25 vatios. La marca tambi\u00e9n destaca que el dibujo del neum\u00e1tico tiene un impacto aerodin\u00e1mico mucho menor a bajas velocidades que cuando el ritmo aumenta, algo especialmente relevante en el contexto actual del gravel racing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-9692edcd\">Pero la aerodin\u00e1mica no ha desplazado las prioridades tradicionales del gravel. La durabilidad y la resistencia siguen siendo pilares fundamentales en el desarrollo de la gama G SES.
