El desarrollo se ha llevado a cabo durante m\u00e1s de dos a\u00f1os en colaboraci\u00f3n con el equipo WorldTour Lotto-Intermarch\u00e9, as\u00ed como con corredores profesionales de gravel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-1722e90f\">En lugar de integrar radios de carbono en un dise\u00f1o existente, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oquowheels.com\/en-int\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/www.oquowheels.com\/en-int\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">OQUO<\/a> ha abordado el proyecto como un redise\u00f1o completo del sistema. Esto permite mejorar la transmisi\u00f3n de potencia al reducir la deformaci\u00f3n bajo carga, dando como resultado una aceleraci\u00f3n m\u00e1s directa. La mayor resistencia del carbono tambi\u00e9n permite reducir el n\u00famero de radios \u2014 hasta 20 \u2014, lo que contribuye a una reducci\u00f3n del peso rotacional de hasta un 6%. En la pr\u00e1ctica, esto deber\u00eda traducirse en una aceleraci\u00f3n m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida y una mejor respuesta en subida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-1aa60312\">La aerodin\u00e1mica es otro de los aspectos clave del nuevo dise\u00f1o. Con menos radios y perfiles optimizados, el flujo de aire alrededor de la rueda es m\u00e1s limpio, reduciendo la resistencia y las turbulencias. Esto est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para mantener una tensi\u00f3n constante, especialmente bajo cargas elevadas como en sprints. Al igual que en el resto de la gama, el desarrollo, prototipado, fabricaci\u00f3n y pruebas se realizan \u00edntegramente en sus instalaciones del Pa\u00eds Vasco, lo que permite un control total del proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-abf6f763\">Los nuevos modelos con radios de carbono se integran en la gama LTD de OQUO y se componen de cuatro opciones. La RA80 LTD CS, con un perfil de 80 mm, est\u00e1 orientada al m\u00e1ximo rendimiento aerodin\u00e1mico en contrarreloj y triatl\u00f3n. La RA57 LTD CS ofrece un perfil de 57 mm como opci\u00f3n aerodin\u00e1mica m\u00e1s vers\u00e1til para carretera.
