Todav\u00eda cuesta creerlo, pero llevamos m\u00e1s de diez a\u00f1os al frente de Raw Cycling Magazine. Lo que comenz\u00f3 como un medio online sent\u00f3 las bases para proyectos paralelos como Among the Giants. Desde 2016, hemos disfrutado de viajes inolvidables, emprendido aventuras que nos han cambiado la vida y construido una s\u00f3lida red de personas inspiradoras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among the Giants es una aventura en bicicleta que re\u00fane a un peque\u00f1o grupo de personas influyentes (representantes de marcas, creadores de contenido y otros perfiles del sector) con el objetivo principal de crear una experiencia \u00fanica en un destino \u00e9pico, conquistando las monta\u00f1as m\u00e1s exigentes a nuestro alrededor. Aprovechando este escenario excepcional, producimos contenido de m\u00e1xima calidad, fotograf\u00eda y v\u00eddeo, para todos los participantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tras un a\u00f1o de pausa, nuestro proyecto regresa esta primavera y se celebrar\u00e1 del 31 de mayo al 4 de junio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En busca de latitudes m\u00e1s altas<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Desde el inicio de Among the Giants hemos seguido una regla no escrita: elegir un pa\u00eds que no hayamos visitado en anteriores ediciones. Incluso en nuestros primeros a\u00f1os explorando los Alpes, evitamos conscientemente los destinos ciclistas m\u00e1s masificados y previsibles, apostando por puertos y carreteras menos conocidos que ofrecieran la misma sensaci\u00f3n de grandeza, pero con una experiencia m\u00e1s aut\u00e9ntica e \u00edntima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

M\u00e1s adelante, viajamos a Espa\u00f1a<\/a> para enfrentarnos al imponente Alto de l\u2019Angliru, rindiendo homenaje a nuestras ra\u00edces y celebrando el d\u00e9cimo aniversario de la revista. La edici\u00f3n m\u00e1s reciente nos llev\u00f3 al coraz\u00f3n de los Balcanes, donde descubrimos la belleza salvaje del Parque Nacional de Durmitor, en Montenegro.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Esta vez ponemos rumbo al norte. El destino elegido es la regi\u00f3n de Vestland, en Noruega, un lugar todav\u00eda poco explorado por la comunidad ciclista, pero que ofrece algunos de los paisajes m\u00e1s espectaculares de Europa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vestland encarna a la perfecci\u00f3n el esp\u00edritu de Among the Giants: poco convencional, visualmente impactante y f\u00edsicamente exigente. La singular geograf\u00eda de la regi\u00f3n permite ascender desde el nivel del mar hasta m\u00e1s de 1.000 metros en una sola subida, recorriendo carreteras esculpidas entre monta\u00f1as y fiordos. La nieve persistente del largo invierno n\u00f3rdico suele enmarcar las carreteras bien entrada la primavera, creando un contraste impactante entre estaciones que a\u00f1ade una atm\u00f3sfera \u00fanica a cada kil\u00f3metro recorrido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Campamento base y experiencia sobre la bicicleta<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Nuestro campamento base estar\u00e1 situado en Voss, una peque\u00f1a localidad rodeada de imponentes cumbres y extensos paisajes. A lo largo de varios d\u00edas de ciclismo, los participantes afrontar\u00e1n rutas dise\u00f1adas para equilibrar el desaf\u00edo f\u00edsico con la narrativa visual. Todas las rutas comenzar\u00e1n directamente desde el alojamiento, sin necesidad de traslados. Largas ascensiones, carreteras onduladas en altiplanos y descensos junto a los fiordos ofrecer\u00e1n el escenario perfecto no solo para un ciclismo exigente, sino tambi\u00e9n para capturar la esencia de la aventura que define Among the Giants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aunque el rendimiento nunca es el \u00fanico objetivo, las rutas cuidadosamente dise\u00f1adas est\u00e1n pensadas para sacar a los ciclistas de su zona de confort, fomentando experiencias compartidas que a menudo se convierten en los recuerdos m\u00e1s memorables del viaje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among the Giants siempre ha sido mucho m\u00e1s que ciclismo. El evento funciona como un centro creativo donde profesionales de la industria, representantes de marcas y creadores de contenido colaboran en un entorno que favorece de manera natural la creaci\u00f3n de historias. El car\u00e1cter remoto e inspirador de cada destino permite a nuestro equipo de medios producir contenido visual de alta calidad que refleja tanto el esfuerzo sobre la bicicleta como los momentos fuera de ella que brindan una experiencia completa. Las cambiantes condiciones de luz, los paisajes agrestes y la escala \u00edntima del oeste de Noruega ofrecen un escenario espectacular para un proceso creativo que busca capturar narrativas ciclistas aut\u00e9nticas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
