Desde sus textiles de ingenier\u00eda radical hasta su enfoque anat\u00f3mico en la confecci\u00f3n de prendas y calzado, la empresa italiana ha construido su identidad en torno a impulsar el rendimiento a trav\u00e9s de la atenci\u00f3n al detalle. Su nuevo proyecto, desarrollado en colaboraci\u00f3n con SRM, podr\u00eda ser el m\u00e1s ambicioso hasta la fecha: un sistema totalmente integrado de zapatilla, cala y pedal, dise\u00f1ado desde cero para ofrecer el stack height m\u00e1s bajo del ciclismo de carretera moderno.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfY qu\u00e9 es el stack height? En un mundo de ganancias marginales, las marcas de calzado han intentado recientemente reducir la altura desde el centro del eje del pedal hasta la planta del pie. Esta altura tiene en cuenta el eje del pedal, el cuerpo del pedal, la cala, la suela y la plantilla.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/rawcyclingmag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/DSF5208-2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-25775\" src=\"https:\/\/rawcyclingmag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/DSF5208-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2000\" height=\"1333\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Los componentes del sistema<\/h3>\n<p>El nuevo sistema combina los pedales X-Power Direct de SRM y las zapatillas Q36.5 Unique Pro 4.0. Por un lado, el pedal est\u00e1 fabricado en aluminio mediante fundici\u00f3n a presi\u00f3n, y cada par pesa 311 gramos, incluyendo calas y tornillos. Por otro lado, la zapatilla cuenta con una innovadora suela de carbono, pendiente de patente, considerada la m\u00e1s fina del mercado. Esto tambi\u00e9n implica la necesidad de un orificio adicional en la suela, algo actualmente exclusivo de las zapatillas Unique Pro 4.0.<\/p>\n<h3>Cuando dos mentes innovadoras se unen<\/h3>\n<p>Luigi Bergamo y Ulrich Schoberer, fundadores de Q36.5 y SRM, respectivamente, nos presentaron esta innovaci\u00f3n en Italia. Viaj\u00e1bamos hasta los Dolomitas con nuestra propia bicicleta de carretera, as\u00ed que las diferencias fueron m\u00e1s f\u00e1ciles de detectar. Notamos una mejor transferencia de potencia y, seg\u00fan representantes de la marca, otras ventajas son una posici\u00f3n m\u00e1s aerodin\u00e1mica y una mayor estabilidad, ambas gracias a un centro de gravedad m\u00e1s bajo al estar el pie m\u00e1s cerca del pedal.<\/p>\n<p>Las zapatillas de prueba tuvieron que ser devueltas antes de volver a casa. Pronto realizaremos m\u00e1s kil\u00f3metros con ellas, ya que, aunque esas salidas tras Vincenzo Nibali y otros embajadores de Q36.5 ya fueron agradecidas, estamos deseando ponerlas a prueba. Sin embargo, no podemos prometer que batiremos un r\u00e9cord de potencia m\u00e1xima. Al fin y al cabo, estamos en diciembre.<\/p>\n<h3>Impacto en los creadores y el mercado<\/h3>\n<p>En lugar de adaptarse a los est\u00e1ndares de calas existentes, Q36.5 colabor\u00f3 \u200b\u200bcon SRM para dise\u00f1ar conjuntamente cada capa de la interfaz entre el pie del ciclista y el eje del pedal. Se trata de una filosof\u00eda de producto limpia, casi arquitect\u00f3nica: eliminar todo lo innecesario, comprimir cada capa y reducir cada mil\u00edmetro entre el pie y el eje.<\/p>\n<p>Para Q36.5, esta es una extensi\u00f3n natural de su filosof\u00eda: un mejor rendimiento mediante un ajuste preciso y puntos de contacto perfeccionados.
