Piezas de museo que acaban siendo \u00fanicas y exclusivas, y que, por desgracia, no todo el mundo sabe darles el valor que hay detr\u00e1s del proceso de construcci\u00f3n de cada una.<\/p>\n<p>Pues bien, hoy estamos aqu\u00ed para presentaros otra gran bicicleta que nos llega de manos de Enrico Sarto y de su reconocida e hist\u00f3rica marca: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sartobikes.com\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sarto Bikes<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>En noviembre de 2022, <a href=\"https:\/\/rawcyclingmag.com\/es\/raso-el-nuevo-modelo-all-road-de-sarto-bikes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">la firma italiana present\u00f3 la Sarto Raso<\/a>, un nuevo modelo de bicicleta <em>all-road<\/em> muy prometedor. Era atrevida y ofrec\u00eda un gran equilibrio entre rendimiento, confort y una multitud de opciones gracias a su amplio paso de rueda. Sin duda, este modelo se ha convertido en uno de sus principales reclamos en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Con el auge incesante del gravel, meses m\u00e1s tarde, presentaron la versi\u00f3n adaptada para esta disciplina; tambi\u00e9n recibi\u00f3 una gran acogida en el mercado y muy buen feedback de sus clientes m\u00e1s exigentes.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/rawcyclingmag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/DSF8354.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-25733\" src=\"https:\/\/rawcyclingmag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/DSF8354.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1333\" height=\"2000\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ahora, en 2025, la marca decide llevar el modelo Raso al siguiente nivel, presentando una bicicleta con un gran esp\u00edritu de competici\u00f3n, una geometr\u00eda realmente eficiente y un extra de versatilidad: la Sarto Raso Wide.<\/p>\n<h3>Evoluci\u00f3n natural<\/h3>\n<p>La disciplina de gravel sigue creciendo sin parar y lo que empez\u00f3 de forma muy discreta y sutil como algo para escapar de la ciudad y vivir una peque\u00f1a aventura por caminos rurales, hoy cuenta con un sinf\u00edn de opciones y modalidades dentro de la misma categor\u00eda. Desde el punto de vista de las marcas, esto supone una buena oportunidad de ampliar su cat\u00e1logo, pero, a la vez, tambi\u00e9n un gran reto al ofrecer productos de calidad que cumplan su cometido con garant\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>Hist\u00f3ricamente, Sarto Bikes ha sido un referente en el ciclismo y, m\u00e1s concretamente, en la fabricaci\u00f3n de cuadros de carbono. La evoluci\u00f3n natural del modelo Raso en busca del m\u00e1ximo rendimiento y la mayor versatilidad. El objetivo es claro, ofrecer una bicicleta gravel competitiva y preparada para afrontar cualquier situaci\u00f3n, ya sea en las competiciones internacionales m\u00e1s exigentes, pruebas de larga distancia, o en aquellas aventuras m\u00e1s remotas y extremas.<\/p>\n<p>A todo lo anterior hay que sumar que Sarto Bikes, como artesano y apasionado de la construcci\u00f3n de cuadros, ofrece la opci\u00f3n <em>full-custom<\/em> en cualquiera de sus modelos, lo que permite adaptar la geometr\u00eda, la rigidez y los acabados de construcci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como el color y los componentes, para convertir la bicicleta en una pieza \u00fanica.<\/p>\n<h3>Raso Wide al detalle<\/h3>\n<p>Lo primero que llama la atenci\u00f3n de la Wide es el tama\u00f1o de su paso de rueda, preparado para montar neum\u00e1ticos de hasta 48 mm con una transmisi\u00f3n 2x o de hasta 56 mm si optas por una transmisi\u00f3n monoplato. Posiblemente sea la mejor forma de definir nuestra cara el d\u00eda en que desempaquetamos la Raso Wide en el garaje de casa. Tras las primeras conversaciones con la marca, las expectativas eran altas y ten\u00edamos muchas ganas de verla, pero cuando finalmente la tuvimos delante, super\u00f3 con creces lo esperado.<\/p>\n<p>La bici de por s\u00ed ya tiene una impactante apariencia, pero en nuestro caso a\u00fan era mayor al ven\u00edr montada con los <a href=\"https:\/\/rawcyclingmag.com\/es\/super-record-13-la-nueva-plataforma-de-campagnolo-es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00faltimos productos presentados por Campagnolo<\/a>, el grupo Super Record X, monoplato y 13 velocidades, a juego con las ruedas Campagnolo Bora X. A esto, sumadle un perfil de 50 mm y unos gigantescos neum\u00e1ticos de 2.2\u2019\u2019 de ancho. Ahora decidnos si no es para quedarnos boquiabiertos o si estamos exagerando.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/rawcyclingmag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/DSF8359.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-25752\" src=\"https:\/\/rawcyclingmag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/DSF8359.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2000\" height=\"1333\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Este bike test era algo diferente para nosotros porque aprovechar\u00edamos nuestro viaje a Tailandia para probar las bicis (ten\u00edamos dos unidades) en un escenario real, en un contexto competitivo y en terreno totalmente desconocido para nosotros. Particip\u00e1bamos en la <a href=\"https:\/\/rawcyclingmag.com\/es\/viviendo-la-experiencia-de-la-dustman-uci-gravel-world-series-es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UCI Dustman Gravel Race<\/a> y \u00e9ramos los encargados de poner la Sarto Raso Wide al l\u00edmite.<\/p>\n<p>En un inicio, no sab\u00edamos si el ancho de rueda nos penalizar\u00eda en algunos aspectos durante la competici\u00f3n, pero tan pronto vimos la previsi\u00f3n meteorol\u00f3gica que nos esperaba para los d\u00edas previos y para el mismo d\u00eda de la carrera, supimos que no pod\u00edamos llevar una configuraci\u00f3n mejor para un escenario tan extremo. Lluvia, humedad, barro de todo tipo y pistas completamente inundadas formaban parte de un exquisito men\u00fa que podr\u00eda representar la pesadilla de cualquier ciclista que hubiese cruzado medio mundo para participar en esa prueba. Este factor es clave si quieres encontrar el equilibrio perfecto entre ir r\u00e1pido y no penalizar en las zonas t\u00e9cnicas. Adem\u00e1s, en un terreno con tanto barro, contar con tanto bal\u00f3n en el neum\u00e1tico, con la presi\u00f3n adecuada, nos permitir\u00eda rodar con cierta facilidad.<\/p>\n<p>Llegaba el d\u00eda de la prueba de fuego. Hasta el momento, las bicis hab\u00edan funcionado a la perfecci\u00f3n y solo esper\u00e1bamos que todo siguiera como hasta entonces. La sensaci\u00f3n era como rodar en una bici de carretera: posici\u00f3n aerodin\u00e1mica, rigidez, reactividad y ligereza. El flow que tuvimos encima de ellas durante toda la prueba fue incre\u00edble y, teniendo en cuenta las condiciones y la dureza, todo funcion\u00f3 a la perfecci\u00f3n. El rendimiento de la bici, la respuesta del grupo ante cualquier situaci\u00f3n, por mala que fuera, y el grip de los neum\u00e1ticos\u2026 <em>\u00a1Bravissimo!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>En un d\u00eda como ese, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los resultados, cruzar la l\u00ednea de meta ya era todo un logro. Los que consegu\u00edan llegar al final del recorrido parec\u00edan reci\u00e9n llegados de una aut\u00e9ntica batalla campal y terminar intactos, sin ca\u00eddas ni aver\u00edas mec\u00e1nicas, era
