Una y otra vez. Es un deporte mon\u00f3tono, se podr\u00eda pensar. Incluso las rutas que hacemos pueden repetirse muchas veces durante el a\u00f1o, pero esta repetici\u00f3n no es necesariamente mala, todo lo contrario. Es, sin duda, una de las razones por las que la gente se enamora del ciclismo.<\/p>\n<p>Este concepto fue una de las fuentes de inspiraci\u00f3n para los constructores de cuadros <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/repetecycles\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Repete<\/a> a la hora decidir sobre su marca. Poco despu\u00e9s de eso abrieron un taller, en el que juntos restauraban bicicletas de carreras viejas. Inspirados por las obras y el legado de los exitosos constructores de cuadros checos de la era de los 90, como <em>Kova\u0159\u00edk<\/em> o <em>\u0160t\u011brba<\/em>, m\u00e1s tarde decidieron comenzar a dise\u00f1ar sus propios modelos de bicicletas tambi\u00e9n.<\/p>\n<h3>La mezcla de material tradicional con dise\u00f1o moderno.<\/h3>\n<p>Las bicicletas Repete se caracterizan por la combinaci\u00f3n de componentes modernos, geometr\u00eda de alto rendimiento con un dise\u00f1o minimalista y atemporal y, lo que es m\u00e1s importante, un material tradicional: el acero.<\/p>\n<p>La elecci\u00f3n del acero como material ha sido clara desde el principio. A\u00f1oraban los cuadros de carreras de los a\u00f1os 80, que estaban en su apogeo antes de la era del carbono. Al mismo tiempo, la tuber\u00eda de acero ha mejorado significativamente con el tiempo. Por ejemplo, en comparaci\u00f3n con el titanio, el acero tiene caracter\u00edsticas m\u00e1s orientadas al rendimiento, lo que representa un factor importante para Repete. Como ellos mencionen, este material ofrece el mejor balance entre rendimiento, durabilidad y comodidad.<\/p>\n<h3>Atemporal es el objetivo final<\/h3>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cQueremos que nuestras bicicletas duren. Nuestro sue\u00f1o es que alg\u00fan d\u00eda, dentro de 50 a\u00f1os, alguien encuentre uno de nuestros modelos en su garaje y a\u00fan funcione. De la misma manera que encontramos bicicletas de acero antiguas en nuestros inicios\u201d. &#8211; Robin Fi\u0161er<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Hay dos modelos en la oferta actual: la Reason, el modelo estrella de bicicleta de carretera, y la Verne, un modelo de gravel que probamos durante nuestra presencia en el <a href=\"https:\/\/rawcyclingmag.com\/bbbc-2022-unique-event-mystical-location\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BBB Camp<\/a> el a\u00f1o pasado [a\u00f1adir enlace]. Ambos modelos est\u00e1n construidos con frenos de disco y est\u00e1n disponibles en tallas est\u00e1ndar. Aunque trabajan con material tradicional, dedican parte de su tiempo al desarrollo en el \u00e1rea de la geometr\u00eda del cuadro y en el dise\u00f1o de sus propias piezas, como patillas o guiado de cables. La marca se centra en el segmento de las monturas en las que pueden ser \u00fanicas, una vez puestas en desarrollo sus propias ideas.<\/p>\n<p>La fabricaci\u00f3n sigue el principio just in time, renunciando a la producci\u00f3n en escala. As\u00ed, otro valor importante de la marca es el foco en la producci\u00f3n propia y local en lugar de la externalizaci\u00f3n. \u201cPara m\u00ed, un aspecto muy valioso de nuestro negocio es tener un control absoluto de todo el proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n. Cada cuadro pasa por nuestras manos\u201d. dice Mikol\u00e1\u0161.<\/p>\n<h3>El arte de la construcci\u00f3n de cuadros hechos a mano.<\/h3>\n<p>Robin y Mikolas est\u00e1n de acuerdo en que a ambos disfrutan de los montqjes bien dise\u00f1ados. \u201cSi nuestrqs bicicletas funcionan bien la gente que las usar\u00e1 para todo tipo de aventuras, que es uno de los motivos por los que se fabrican. Es una sensaci\u00f3n muy agradable que mucha gente est\u00e9 usando su producto y les aporte esa sensaci\u00f3n de libertad que todos buscamos\u201d, concluye Robin.<\/p>\n<p>Robin originalmente tiene experiencia en ingenier\u00eda mec\u00e1nica, pero no cree que acabe construyendo bicicletas \u00e9l mismo. La expansi\u00f3n y crecimiento de la empresa se ha visto impulsado principalmente a trav\u00e9s de ferias y exposiciones de bicicletas, especialmente al ganar premios como el de Mejor Bicicleta de Carretera en el North American Handmade Bicycle Show con su modelo Reborn.<\/p>\n<p>En el corto plazo, uno de los objetivos es crecer en el mercado europeo. Actualmente fabrican alrededor de 70 bicicletas por a\u00f1o, y la meta ser\u00eda hacer 100 unidades anuales.
