Para el resto de aficionados no quedaba m\u00e1s opci\u00f3n que iniciar un proceso de prueba y error hasta encontrar la pieza que fuese \u00f3ptima para tu fisonom\u00eda. En el caso de los sillines, pod\u00edas acabar invirtiendo grandes cantidades de dinero hasta dar con el adecuado.<\/p>\n<p>Recientemente, tuvimos la oportunidad de entrevistar a Jiri y Martin, los cofundadores de <a href=\"https:\/\/posedla.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Posedla<\/a>. Sin embargo, la historia inicial de su empresa no fue del todo sencilla, ya que ninguno de ellos trabajaba en la industria del ciclismo.<\/p>\n<p>Antes de fundar su empresa hace dos a\u00f1os, Jiri trabajaba como experto en marketing en la industria de viajes en Nueva York, mientras que Martin trabajaba en una empresa de investigaci\u00f3n de mercado. Sus trabajos implicaban muchos viajes y ambos comenzaron a sentirse sobrecargados de trabajo en sus profesiones.<\/p>\n<p>Jiri decidi\u00f3 tomar el viaje de regreso desde los EE.UU. y cuando lleg\u00f3 la pandemia de Covid-19, comenzaron a hacer largos recorrido en bicicleta juntos, ya que era una de las pocas cosas que se pod\u00edan hacer en ese momento. Para esas fechas, Martin sufr\u00eda mucho con el sill\u00edn que utilizaba, y es ah\u00ed donde surgi\u00f3 la idea de producir sus propios sillines.<\/p>\n<h3>El arte y la complea ingenier\u00eda de un sill\u00edn<\/h3>\n<p>Ninguno de ellos ten\u00eda los conocimientos que requiere la construcci\u00f3n de un sill\u00edn. A\u00fan as\u00ed, la creaci\u00f3n de prototipos fue un factor clave y un enfoque que les permiti\u00f3 dise\u00f1ar iterativamente su modelo <em>Joyseat<\/em> a su forma actual.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o de duro trabajo supuso la creaci\u00f3n de docenas o cientos de dise\u00f1os de sillines prototipo, que luego fueron probados por ciclistas reales. Tambi\u00e9n han estado trabajando en estrecha colaboraci\u00f3n con fisioterapeutas y ciclistas profesionales que, combinado con el feedback recopilado de sus pruebas, les proporcion\u00f3 mucha informaci\u00f3n valiosa.<\/p>\n<h3>El sill\u00edn en detalle<\/h3>\n<p>Echemos un vistazo detallado al propio sill\u00edn <em>Joyseat<\/em>. Se compone de ra\u00edles de carbono y una superficie del mismo material. El sill\u00edn tiene un corte c\u00f3modamente grande para una ergonom\u00eda \u00f3ptima. Probablemente la parte m\u00e1s interesante del sill\u00edn sea el acolchado impreso en 3D, la estructura de entramado <em>Joyseat<\/em>. Est\u00e1 fabricado en poliuretano termopl\u00e1stico (TPU), un material innovador que lleva poco m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o en el mercado.<\/p>\n<p>Una de las mejores caracter\u00edsticas del sill\u00edn es que tiene diferentes zonas de rigidez. Por ejemplo, la zona de los isquiones del acolchado es la m\u00e1s r\u00edgida, ya que proporciona el mayor apoyo al ciclista, mientras que la parte delantera se suaviza gradualmente a trav\u00e9s de la zona de los ra\u00edles hasta el morro. Para finalizar el proceso de personalizaci\u00f3n, existe la posibilidad de agregar un texto breve, tu nombre por ejemplo, en la parte interior y elegir un color para la parte trasera buscando una combinaci\u00f3n ideal con el dise\u00f1o del cuadro. \/>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<h3>Proceso de configuraci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>El proceso de personalizaci\u00f3n se divide en dos pasos: el configurador y la impresi\u00f3n fision\u00f3mica. En nuestro caso, primero completamos los par\u00e1metros requeridos en el configurador disponible en la web oficial de Posedla. Estos par\u00e1metros incluyen informaci\u00f3n sobre el tipo de bicicleta (carretera, gravel, XC, etc.) y datos fisiol\u00f3gicos como el g\u00e9nero, el peso, la altura, pero tambi\u00e9n la rotaci\u00f3n p\u00e9lvica, el estilo de pilotaje, el kilometraje anual o la duraci\u00f3n media de las rutas que sueles hacer. Todos estos valores van a ser determinantes para conseguir la impresi\u00f3n m\u00e1s adecuada para cada cliente.<\/p>\n<p>El segundo paso del proceso fue la impresi\u00f3n utilizando el <em>Smiling Butt Kit<\/em>, que recibimos poco despu\u00e9s de rellenar el configurador. El proceso es bastante curioso y sencillo.
