Una de esas personas es Rub\u00e9n Dur\u00e1n, o lo que es lo mismo, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rizzocycles.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rizzo Cycles<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Con Rub\u00e9n, natural de Madrid y para aquellos entonces ingeniero de sonido de profesi\u00f3n, empezamos a coincidir dentro de la comunidad del pi\u00f1\u00f3n fijo: criteriums, alleycats u otros eventos relacionados con la bici. Sin duda, un proceso nada f\u00e1cil que ha tenido que ir superando poco a poco de forma autodidacta y a base de prueba-error, pero gracias a su constancia y tenacidad ha llegado a donde se encuentra hoy al frente de su proyecto personal.<\/p>\n<h3>Nada es imposible<\/h3>\n<p>Cuando hablamos de aprender una profesi\u00f3n, damos por hecho que es un reto en may\u00fasculas, y m\u00e1s cuando se trata de algo tan artesano como lo es la fabricaci\u00f3n de cuadros. Desde los materiales, las herramientas de corte, la t\u00e9cnica de soldadurasoldado, las geometr\u00edas\u2026 entre otros muchos aspectos que, mientras para la mayor\u00eda de humanos pasan desapercibidos, para ellos son parte de su d\u00eda a d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de Rub\u00e9n, este proceso de aprendizaje no solo se centr\u00f3 en adquirir todos los conocimientos relacionados con el <em>framebuilding<\/em>, sino que tambi\u00e9n tuvo que aprender a tirar adelante su negocio como emprendedor: contacto con proveedores, gesti\u00f3n y trato con clientes, marketing, redes sociales\u2026<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cUno de los mayores retos que tuve que superar fue conseguir acceso al abastecimiento de material y componentes directamente de los fabricantes en lugar de hacerlo a trav\u00e9s de distribuidores. Inici\u00f3 la aventura con toda la ilusi\u00f3n y ganas que pudo pero la suerte no estuvo de su parte y, tan solo dos meses m\u00e1s tarde, lleg\u00f3 la dichosa pandemia que a todos y todas nos toc\u00f3 vivir. A pesar del par\u00f3n de actividad y de la falta de abastecimiento de componentes y materiales que hubo meses m\u00e1s tarde, Rizzo no tir\u00f3 la toalla y sigui\u00f3 luchando por seguir adelante con su proyecto, continuar aprendiendo, mejorando y creciendo como profesional.<\/p>\n<h3>Respeto y compromiso por la profesi\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>Si bien es cierto que hay <em>framebuilders<\/em> que pretenden que todos sus bicicletas sean montajes top en pintura, componentes y acabados, Rub\u00e9n considera que la compra de una bicicleta hecha a medida no est\u00e1 al alcance de cualquiera. Por un lado, el constructor debe comprender cu\u00e1les son las necesidades, requisitos y caracter\u00edsticas del cliente; asesorarle, explicarle y guiarle durante todo el proceso para conseguir aquello que busca. Poro otro lado est\u00e1 el cliente que, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de tener una idea m\u00e1s o menos clara de lo que quiere, debe respetar el trabajo del constructor y disfrutar del proceso de creaci\u00f3n, ya que al fin y al cabo no es algo que ocurra todos los d\u00edas.<\/p>\n<h3>Rizzo en el foco de atenci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>Si por algo se caracteriza la carrera profesional de Rizzo es por su constante evoluci\u00f3n y atrevimiento para afrontar nuevos retos. Lo que empez\u00f3 como una gesti\u00f3n de una peque\u00f1a incidencia entre Rizzo y ENVE con uno de los productos de la marca estadounidense, acab\u00f3 en una invitaci\u00f3n a uno de los eventos m\u00e1s relevantes de <em>framebuilders<\/em> que se organizan a nivel mundial. Sin duda, una oportunidad de oro para demostrar todo su potencial y qu\u00e9 Rub\u00e9n no dud\u00f3 ni un solo momento en aprovecharla al m\u00e1ximo. Es ah\u00ed cuando Rizzo decide embarcarse en la fabricaci\u00f3n de una bici de descenso con doble suspensi\u00f3n fabricada en acero e irrumpir en la sede de ENVE sorprendiendo a la mayor\u00eda de los asistentes. Durante su estancia en norteam\u00e9rica, Rizzo aprovech\u00f3 para visitar los talleres de sus compa\u00f1eros de la costa este, compartir experiencias y absorber todo lo que pudo en esos intensos d\u00edas. En la sede de Chris King pudo conocer al constructor que fabricaba las Cielo para Chris King, alguien con miles de cuadros en sus manos que le dio otro vuelco m\u00e1s a su visi\u00f3n sobre el <em>framebuilding<\/em>.<\/p>\n<h3>Mirada hac\u00eda el futuro<\/h3>\n<p>La industria avanza de forma muy r\u00e1pida, las grandes marcas son controladas por importantes inversores que al final solo buscan beneficios y eso exige a los ingenieros estar creando constantemente nuevas necesidades para los usuarios. Sin embargo, los constructores de cuadros tienen una gran oportunidad ante clientes que buscan bicicletas a medida huyendo de lo convencional.<\/p>\n<p>Materiales como el acero, el titanio o el carbono con geometr\u00edas y pintura personalizadas acaban siendo la soluci\u00f3n a una demanda que cada vez crece m\u00e1s. Un gran ejemplo son las bicis con freno de zapata. Actualmente apenas hay marcas que fabriquen bicicletas\u00a0con este sistema y, pronto, si alguien quisiera una, solo tendr\u00e1 la opci\u00f3n de recurrir a un constructor de de cables, y tambi\u00e9n ha soldado su primera bici en titanio\u2026 Le preguntamos acerca de su futuro y nos promete que va a continuar aprendiendo y creando bicis de ensue\u00f1o, innovando y ret\u00e1ndose a si mismo para seguir creciendo profesionalmente.<\/p>\n<p>Su plan perfecto a corto\/medio plazo ser\u00eda poder internacionalizar aun m\u00e1s la marca estableciendo algunos puntos de venta en pa\u00edses clave, aumentar un poco m\u00e1s en producci\u00f3n anual, y en unos a\u00f1os, trasladar su taller a un lugar tranquilo, a poder ser un rinconcito rural donde poder vivir y trabajar sin el estr\u00e9s de las grandes ciudades.<\/p>\n<p>Su objetivo se centra en tener una estabilidad que le permita disfrutar de su pasi\u00f3n. Reconoce que no es una persona con grandes ambiciones, ni tiene ning\u00fan ego que alimentar, as\u00ed que simplemente espera poder seguir viviendo de lo que le gusta y continuar mejorando en su
