Es por esta raz\u00f3n que muchas marcas ya est\u00e1n apostando por ello, reconociendo el all-road como una categor\u00eda m\u00e1s dentro de su cat\u00e1logo.<\/p>\n<p>La firma belga <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ridley-bikes.com\/es_ES\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ridley<\/a>, reconocida por su trayectoria en el ciclismo profesional de carretera y su hist\u00f3rica aportaci\u00f3n al ciclocross, con 21 t\u00edtulos mundiales, ha presentado recientemente la GRIFN. Viene montada con un eje de pedalier BB86, algo m\u00e1s bajo que en la Kanzo Fast, y tienes opci\u00f3n a escoger entre montar uno o dos platos.<\/p>\n<p>La GRIFN dispone de un paso de rueda que permite el uso de neum\u00e1ticos de hasta 40mm en la versi\u00f3n monoplato, y 38mm si usamos doble plato. El m\u00e1ximo son 32mm en caso de equipar guardabarros.<\/p>\n<p>El conjunto integrado de manillar y potencia ha sido dise\u00f1ado para tener m\u00e1s confort y control al reducir la altura del drop y darle un poco de apertura. A su vez, han conservado el car\u00e1cter aero y su total integraci\u00f3n que nos permite tener toda la parte frontal libre de cables.<\/p>\n<p><a style=\"clear: both\" \/>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p>Igual que hicieron en la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rawcyclingmag.com\/ridley-kanzo-adventure-ready-for-any-scenario\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kanzo Adventure<\/a>, han instalado tornillos extra para poder montar los portabidones en diferentes posiciones en funci\u00f3n del setup que m\u00e1s nos convenga para cada situaci\u00f3n, pudiendo llevar dos bidones en el triangulo interior del cuadro y otro bajo el tubo diagonal. Adem\u00e1s, cuenta con otros dos tornillos encima del tubo horizontal (camuflados por un embellecedor de goma) para poder usar una bolsa u otro accesorio, fijado directamente al cuadro y con acceso r\u00e1pido mientras vamos en bici.<\/p>\n<p>Siguiendo con los extras, el cuadro tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 preparado para instalar internamente los cables de sistema de luces tipo dynamo sin tener que estropear la est\u00e9tica de la bici, adem\u00e1s de la opci\u00f3n de usar guardabarros en ambas ruedas. Otro detalle importante es que en todos sus montajes disponibles incorporan la patilla del cambio universal UDH (Universal Derailleur Hanger), que cada vez utilizan mas bicis y que te facilita encontrar recambio en la mayor\u00eda de tiendas de todo el mundo.<\/p>\n<h3>Puesta en acci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>Tuvimos la ocasi\u00f3n de viajar a Tenerife para ver la GRIFN en persona y probarla sobre diferentes terrenos de la isla. Nos encontr\u00e1bamos expectantes por ver c\u00f3mo reaccionaba sobre asfalto y gravel, y ver si la realidad cumpl\u00eda con todo aquello que nos hab\u00edan contado unas horas antes.<\/p>\n<p>La primera parte del d\u00eda la dedicamos a realizar una bonita ruta por las cercan\u00edas del Teide, en la que encontramos todo tipo de superficies. La posici\u00f3n sobre la bicicleta, semejante a cuando vamos en carretera, nos permit\u00eda circular a gran velocidad, con paso firme y estable. El ancho de rueda era ideal, teniendo en cuenta que no es una bici puramente gravel, y con la presi\u00f3n de aire adecuada te permit\u00eda descender a grandes velocidades. Con respecto a las subidas, es evidente que han intentado encontrar un equilibro entre rigidez y confort, pero a la hora de afrontar una ascensi\u00f3n la bicicleta respond\u00eda de forma reactiva y con la sensaci\u00f3n de no perder muchos wattios por el camino.<\/p>\n<p>Llegada la tarde, cambiamos de localizaci\u00f3n y pasamos a probar la GRIFN sobre asfalto. La bici sigui\u00f3 comport\u00e1ndose realmente bien y cumpli\u00f3 con todo aquello que nos contaron. Adem\u00e1s, la opci\u00f3n de montar neum\u00e1ticos m\u00e1s anchos (en nuestro caso 32mm), aporta un extra de confort y te permite afrontar segmentos en el que el asfalto no est\u00e1 en muy buenas condiciones sin apenas importarte.<\/p>\n<p>Obviamente, si eres escalador o buscas alto rendimiento en carretera, quiz\u00e1 esta no sea tu bici porque no est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ada para ello pero, sin embargo, tenemos que reconocer que el equipo de ingenieros de Ridley ha sabido encontrar un punto intermedio muy equilibrado que te permite disfrutar muy satisfactoriamente de las dos disciplinas con una sola bici.<\/p>\n<h3>Evoluci\u00f3n y posicionamiento<\/h3>\n<p>Con una larga experiencia en el sector (construyendo bicicletas desde 1977), Ridley, ha conseguido mantener su esencia de empresa familiar muy a pesar de la r\u00e1pida evoluci\u00f3n del mercado y de la entrada masiva de inversores que apuestan por el ciclismo.<\/p>\n<p>La marca, que durante muchos a\u00f1os ha sido una gran impulsora del ciclocross, reconoce que desde hace un tiempo el auge del gravel est\u00e1 dando un importante giro a su producci\u00f3n de bicicletas. Si miramos un tiempo atr\u00e1s, las ventas de bicis de ciclocross supon\u00eda un 30%, mientras que a d\u00eda de hoy, supone un 1% y ese porcentaje est\u00e1 b\u00e1sicamente centrado en la competici\u00f3n.
