Este neum\u00e1tico presenta una formulaci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica mejorada del caucho denominada SmartEVO Compound que garantiza un mejor rendimiento en t\u00e9rminos de agarre en asfalto mojado y fr\u00edo. Todo eso viene con una carcasa de 120 TPI que aumenta la resistencia del neum\u00e1tico y reduce las posibilidades de cortes y pinchazos.<\/p>\n<p>En comparaci\u00f3n con el modelo Velo anterior, la versi\u00f3n Race es solo 10 g m\u00e1s pesada, debido al material adicional de la banda de rodadura para aumentar la vida \u00fatil del neum\u00e1tico, pero a\u00fan representa un neum\u00e1tico r\u00e1pido. El dibujo no ha cambiado mucho, siendo liso en la parte central y con algunas l\u00edneas diagonales paralelas en los lados para mejorar el drenaje del agua y ofrecer agarre en las curvas. Adem\u00e1s, se combinaron con las c\u00e1maras de aire ultraligeras P Zero smartube de la marca de tan solo 35 gr dando como resultado la combinaci\u00f3n perfecta. La primera impresi\u00f3n que recibimos fue el aspecto del neum\u00e1tico, totalmente negro con un peque\u00f1o logo blanquecino, que hac\u00eda juego con la rueda y le daba a la bicicleta una presencia agresiva. Adem\u00e1s de eso, pudimos ver un logotipo que dec\u00eda &#8216;<em>Made in Italy<\/em>&#8216;. As\u00ed, tanto el dise\u00f1o como la fabricaci\u00f3n local aseguran una comunicaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida entre los departamentos de la empresa para ofrecer el mejor producto al cliente.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras and\u00e1bamos en bici, inmediatamente sentimos la velocidad que aportaban las cubiertas. Pudimos acelerar con facilidad y al tomar curvas r\u00e1pidas sentimos el agarre que ofrec\u00edan, d\u00e1ndonos una sensaci\u00f3n de seguridad incre\u00edble. Por otro lado, cuando rodamos en bajada y tuvimos que frenar bruscamente, nos permit\u00edan esperar hasta el \u00faltimo segundo ya que su respuesta era instant\u00e1nea. Los probamos principalmente en asfalto seco, pero tambi\u00e9n pasamos por algunos sectores sombreados sin siquiera darnos cuenta de que la carretera estaba ligeramente h\u00fameda.
