Con pocas carreras en el calendario debido a la cancelaci\u00f3n de muchas de ellas, los ciclistas pasan largas semanas lejos de casa prepar\u00e1ndose para los pr\u00f3ximos objetivos.<\/p>\n<p>Lugares como Calpe durante la primera parte del a\u00f1o, o Tenerife en cualquier momento de la temporada, son la elecci\u00f3n habitual para equipos y ciclistas que entrenan individualmente. pa\u00eds en bicicleta y seguir haciendo lo que m\u00e1s les gusta, tres de los ciclistas de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/wahoofitnessofficial\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Wahoo<\/a> se dieron cita en Santa Rosa, acumulando largos kil\u00f3metros y experiencias en el camino. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/pstetina\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Peter Stetina<\/a> vive actualmente en California y, adoptando el papel de anfitri\u00f3n y planificador de rutas, se puso en contacto con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/ian_boswell\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ian Boswell<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/colinatx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Colin Strickland<\/a> para que le visitaran y realizaran varios d\u00edas de entrenamiento de calidad con \u00e9l.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cFueron algunos de los d\u00edas m\u00e1s bonitos y divertidos que he pasado en bicicleta, lo cual dice mucho despu\u00e9s de haber completado las tres Grandes Vueltas\u201d &#8211; Ian Boswell<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Provienen de diferentes lugares de los Estados Unidos; algunos de ellos tras pasar un invierno en su mayor parte centrado en cislismo <em>indoor<\/em>, mientras que otros pudieron continuar entrenando al aire libre bajo temperaturas agradables. Partieron en la semana que comenz\u00f3 el 8 de marzo, y acumularon casi 650 kil\u00f3metros en cuatro d\u00edas a trav\u00e9s de todo tipo de terrenos.<\/p>\n<p>No hay duda sobre el nivel de condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica de ciclistas como ellos, pero tambi\u00e9n es sabido que, cuando se re\u00fanen para montar en bicicleta, no existe la posibilidad de que se lo tomen con calma. A diferencia de los lujosos <em>training camp<\/em> de cuando eran parte de algunos de los equipos m\u00e1s adinerados, durante este viaje se perdieron y tuvieron que apretar los dientes bajo temperaturas g\u00e9lidas. No obstante, todos coinciden en que el clima diverso lo hizo mucho m\u00e1s agradable. En un mismo d\u00eda pod\u00edan tener nieve y lluvia, y a\u00fan as\u00ed experimentar una hermosa puesta de sol mientras recorr\u00edan la costa.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<style llevar con ellos todos su equipamiento, incluidas dos equipaciones, ropa casual y algunos art\u00edculos esenciales m\u00e1s. Tambi\u00e9n disfrutaron de la libertad de no verse limitados por una ruta preestablecida, entrenamiento espec\u00edfico o tiempo fijo para terminar. \u201cPedale\u00e1bamos duro cuando quer\u00edamos, y m\u00e1s lento cuando ten\u00edamos ganas. Nos detuvimos para comer comida incre\u00edble y tomamos unas cervezas despu\u00e9s de la ruta, todo esto siendo tan productivos como cuando asist\u00edamos a las concentraciones de nuestros equipos \u201d, dice Ian.<\/p>\n<p>Debido a la situaci\u00f3n actual ha sido dif\u00edcil para los atletas profesionales esforzarse entrenando solos, sin saber cu\u00e1l es el nivel del resto de los contrincantes.
