{"id":36519,"date":"2017-03-14T08:00:25","date_gmt":"2017-03-14T07:00:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/raw.ecoolabs.com\/fixed-por-rick-jacques\/"},"modified":"2017-03-14T08:00:25","modified_gmt":"2017-03-14T07:00:25","slug":"fixed-por-rick-jacques","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rawcyclingmag.com\/es\/fixed-por-rick-jacques\/","title":{"rendered":"FIXED por Rick Jacques"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Es bien sabido que <em>New York City<\/em> es la cuna de los <em>bike-messengers<\/em> y desde siempre en RAW Cycling Magazine tenemos un ojo puesto en todo lo que pasa y nos llega de la gran manzana.<\/p>\n<p>Hace unos d\u00edas, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/rickjacques\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>Rick Jaques<\/u><\/a>, nos envi\u00f3 su \u00faltimo trabajo. Un v\u00eddeo que bautiza como <a href=\"https:\/\/luckylefty.pictures\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Fixed<\/a> protagonizado por Henry Leyva y Cooper Ray cruzando NYC en plena noche desde China Town hasta el Oculus, en pleno centro de Manhattan.<\/p>\n<p>En este video Rick y sus asistentes han conseguido transmitir la paz y la tranquilidad de la noche neoyorquina y la frenes\u00ed y la velocidad de los <em>messengers<\/em> lanzados en una carrera contrarreloj de un lado al otro de la ciudad. Rick nos ha contado que tras la gran acogida que ha tenido el proyecto, est\u00e1n barajando la posibilidad de que se transforme en una carrera TT nocturna\u2026 Ah\u00ed queda eso.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Fixed\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/uFo_wuKJJ2A?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo naci\u00f3 este Proyecto?<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;En un principio, pedalear en pi\u00f1\u00f3n fijo\u00a0por Chinatown por la noche era algo terap\u00e9utico para m\u00ed. Despu\u00e9s de horas de trabajo, cualquier neoyorquino sabe lo silencioso que puede llegar a ser, y es un lugar para aclarar la mente. Cuanto m\u00e1s disfrutaba del pedaleo m\u00e1s me daba cuenta de lo cinematogr\u00e1fico que es el entorno desde la perspectiva de un ciclista.<\/p>\n<p>Habl\u00e9 con un amigo mensajero, Cooper y le dije algunos puntos por d\u00f3nde quer\u00eda \u00a0pasar, y el acab\u00f3 de dise\u00f1\u00f3 una ruta a medida. Cooper conoce la zona como la palma de su mano y aport\u00f3 unos consejos realmente \u00fatiles acerca de lugares donde se puede coger velocidad, tomar una curva r\u00e1pida o simplemente puntos estrat\u00e9gicos para el rodaje&#8221;.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>El making of<\/strong><strong>\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;La primera noche del rodaje con los chicos, recorrimos toda la ruta con una c\u00e1mara RED, lentes Zeiss de \u00e9poca y un tr\u00edpode, centr\u00e1ndonos en las mejores partes a nivel arquitect\u00f3nico y de movimiento de la ruta. Mi amigo y yo nos encargamos por nuestra cuenta de la iluminaci\u00f3n y dimos soporte al metraje el fin de semana antes y el de despu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>La noche siguiente seguimos a Cooper y Henry en moto. Mi asistente de direcci\u00f3n condujo la Triumph y yo film\u00e9 desde atr\u00e1s. Fue emocionante y una experiencia que tengo muchas ganas de darle forma&#8221;.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es la esencia de <em>Fixed<\/em>?<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;En general, estuvimos intentando transmitir velocidad y luz. Quer\u00edamos mostrar la espontaneidad de la carretera donde los mensajeros pasan de forma diaria. El peat\u00f3n en el primer minuto es un ejemplo de eso. Aunque me hubiera gustado evitarlo, de echo el hombre no estaba cuando se empez\u00f3 a rodar. En el momento en que se inici\u00f3 y se alcanz\u00f3 la esquina de East Broadway nos lo encontramos. \u201c<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>\u00bfAlguna cosa m\u00e1s? \u00bftal vez pronto habr\u00e1 alguna carrera?<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;Al final del proyecto, Cooper y yo planeamos de usar esta ruta para realizar una carrera anual tipo &#8220;alleycat\u201d. La intenci\u00f3n es que cada uno traiga a unos cuantos amigos y ver qui\u00e9n puede rodar m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido. Esperemos que los corredores que hayan visto &#8220;<em>Fixed<\/em>&#8220;, se animen a participar en la carrera de esta primavera y poder vivir en vivo y en directo lo rodado en la pel\u00edcula.<\/p>\n<p>En la postproducci\u00f3n, las agencias de NYC estaban ansiosas por ayudarnos a ordenar y poner color al metraje. Tuvimos suerte de haber rodado una pel\u00edcula con especial atractivo, Tom Poole la repas\u00f3 por encima, as\u00ed como Louis-Philippe Charette de Rock Paper Scissors que la edit\u00f3. Mi banda y yo realizamos algunas correcciones en ella tal y como hacemos con todos nuestros proyectos de video. \u201c<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\t\t<style type=\"text\/css\">\n\t\t\t#gallery-1
