{"id":36489,"date":"2016-08-17T22:59:59","date_gmt":"2016-08-17T20:59:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/raw.ecoolabs.com\/biomecanica-del-ciclismo\/"},"modified":"2016-08-17T22:59:59","modified_gmt":"2016-08-17T20:59:59","slug":"biomecanica-del-ciclismo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rawcyclingmag.com\/es\/biomecanica-del-ciclismo\/","title":{"rendered":"Biomec\u00e1nica del ciclismo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>No escapa a nadie que no estamos dise\u00f1ados para poner nuestros traseros en un peque\u00f1o asiento de escaso acolchado,\u00a0 colocar nuestras manos en unos mandos provistos de palancas, ni fijar nuestros pies a unas palancas giratorias durante largas jornadas ciclistas.<\/p>\n<p>La biomec\u00e1nica del ciclismo pretende hacer que montarnos en una m\u00e1quina de dos ruedas sea lo menos traum\u00e1tico posible para nuestro cuerpo y\/o optimizar la posici\u00f3n para maximizar el rendimiento sin renunciar a cierta comodidad.<\/p>\n<p>Anteriormente esto estaba restringido al ciclismo de competici\u00f3n. La experiencia y ciertos est\u00e1ndares permit\u00edan ajustar las bicicletas de los corredores seg\u00fan las tendencias o estudios del momento. Hoy d\u00eda esto se ha democratizado y est\u00e1 al alcance de cualquiera. Gracias al avance de la fisioterapia y al conocimiento adquirido, sabemos que ciertos comportamientos o posturas en la bicicleta aumentan el rendimiento y disminuyen la posibilidad de lesiones, y eso es algo que valoramos cada vez m\u00e1s los ciclistas.<\/p>\n<p>Existen diversos m\u00e9todos registrados, e infinidad de par\u00e1metros a medir en la biomec\u00e1nica aplicada al ciclismo.<\/p>\n<p>Algunos estudios b\u00e1sicos se basan en la altura del sill\u00edn, en base a la angulaci\u00f3n de flexi\u00f3n de rodilla, posici\u00f3n correcta de nuestras calas y altura\/avance del manillar. En otro plano nos encontramos con estudios mas avanzados, que permiten mirar nuestra pisada, movimiento de nuestras articulaciones (tobillo, rodilla, cadera) tomando como referencia laser o sensores de detecci\u00f3n. El gesto del pedaleo con sensores en los pies, colocaci\u00f3n de las manos y angulaci\u00f3n de la espalda. Incluso se toman mediciones de la presi\u00f3n ejercida por nuestro cuerpo sobre el asiento para optimizarla en la medida de lo posible.<\/p>\n<p>Debido a la demanda, han proliferado multitud de centros que ofrecen estos servicios que, apoyados por una formaci\u00f3n adecuada y la tecnolog\u00eda necesaria, har\u00e1n que mas de uno no reconozca su propia bicicleta cuando la vuelva a
