{"id":36433,"date":"2016-01-26T15:33:47","date_gmt":"2016-01-26T14:33:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/raw.ecoolabs.com\/nvayrk-team-federico-motta\/"},"modified":"2016-01-26T15:33:47","modified_gmt":"2016-01-26T14:33:47","slug":"nvayrk-team-federico-motta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rawcyclingmag.com\/es\/nvayrk-team-federico-motta\/","title":{"rendered":"NVAYRK Team: Federico Motta"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>De nacionalidad Italiana, y con una formaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s urbana como\u00a0<em>bike-messenger,<\/em>\u00a0Fede ha sido una pieza clave para conseguir todo lo esencial para la temporada 2016 y aspirar\u00a0a grandes cosas.\u00a0Es una persona que cree en el trabajo en equipo y lo ha demostrado desde el\u00a0primer momento en que se integr\u00f3 a la familia <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nvayrk.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">NVAYRK<\/a>; adem\u00e1s, cuenta con la virtud de ver\u00a0las competiciones como algo divertido, lo cual se contagia a todos los que forman el equipo y\u00a0lleva a celebrar cualquier victoria, por m\u00e1s &#8220;peque\u00f1a&#8221; que \u00e9sta sea.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfQui\u00e9n es Federico Motta?<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Soy uno de los miles malditos italianos que viven en Londres.<\/p>\n<p>Tengo 28 a\u00f1os y me fui de Italia cuando ten\u00eda 21.<\/p>\n<p>Me encanta esta ciudad. Es tan inspiradora y, creo que nunca me cansar\u00e9 de ella.<\/p>\n<p>Soy vegetariano (buena excusa si soy m\u00e1s lento que otras personas, jajaja), me encanta la m\u00fasica y viajar, con mi bicicleta por supuesto.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 significa para ti tener pasi\u00f3n por el ciclismo?<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>El ciclismo para m\u00ed es compartir una pasi\u00f3n con otras personas. Con una bicicleta puedes competir, sufrir, viajar e emborracharte con tus compa\u00f1eros&#8230; Puedes hacer tantas cosas con una bicicleta. Te hace sentir libre, y me encanta. A todos nos encanta.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo te introdujiste en el pi\u00f1\u00f3n fijo y en el equipo NVAYRK?<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Cuando llegu\u00e9 aqu\u00ed, a Londres (soy de campo, as\u00ed que no ten\u00eda ni idea de lo que era el pi\u00f1\u00f3n fijo) me di cuenta, de inmediato, que muchas personas rodaban por la ciudad con bicicletas extra\u00f1as lo m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido que pod\u00edan, usando un walkie-talkie para comunicarse y yo estaba tan fascinado por ello&#8230; Que me convert\u00ed en un mensajero tambi\u00e9n.<\/p>\n<p>Pas\u00e9 2 a\u00f1os entregando cosas por los alrededores de Londres y fue el mejor momento de mi vida. Durante ese per\u00edodo conoc\u00ed a <em>Peter<\/em>. Nos hicimos amigos y empezamos a montar nuestras bicis de pi\u00f1\u00f3n fijo y a rodar con ellas. Gracias a \u00e9l tuve la oportunidad de conocer a <em>Beto<\/em>, la persona detr\u00e1s del proyecto <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nvayrk.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">NVAYRK<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Siempre fue nuestro sue\u00f1o correr el Criterium Red Hook juntos, en el mismo equipo, y estamos contentos y agradecidos por haberlo hecho. 2016 ser\u00e1 un gran a\u00f1o para nosotros.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 representa NVAYRK para ti?<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>NVAYRK representa una comunidad de personas a nivel mundial con la misma pasi\u00f3n. Rodar y divertirse.<\/p>\n<p>Gracias a esta comunidad he tenido la oportunidad de conocer a gente, por primera vez, de sitios como la Ciudad de M\u00e9jico, Los \u00c1ngeles, San Francisco y siento como si\u00a0 fu\u00e9ramos amigos de toda la vida. Esto es lo que representa una comunidad.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo entrenaste para el crit\u00e9rium?<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Por lo general, entrenamos en un circuito montado por nosotros mismos, en un parque, aqu\u00ed en Londres con las bicis de pista. Es muy bueno porque podemos familiarizarnos con los cambios de rasante, el sprint y el frenado.<\/p>\n<p>Acabo de recibir una bicicleta de ciclocr\u00f3s con la cual entreno resistencia tambi\u00e9n.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es tu perfil ciclista?<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Soy un ciclista que s\u00f3lo quiere divertirse. Yo no me lo tomo demasiado en serio para ser honesto. Creo en el equipo y el d\u00eda de la carrera es como una fiesta. Si ganamos bebemos para celebrarlo y si perdemos bebemos de todos modos\u2026<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es tu lema?<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Amigos hechos compartiendo
