La tercera edici\u00f3n del RHC Barcelona ha sido la perfecta representaci\u00f3n del gran espect\u00e1culo que proporciona la nueva disciplina \u201creina\u201d del ciclismo contempor\u00e1neo: los crit\u00e9riums de pi\u00f1\u00f3n fijo<\/p>\n<p><strong>RACEDAY <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Este a\u00f1o el circuito presentaba modificaciones en su trazado, con la idea de acercar m\u00e1s la carrera al p\u00fablico, la organizaci\u00f3n dise\u00f1\u00f3 un trazado sin \u00e1reas que aislaran a los espectadores, lo que ha incrementado el atractivo de la cita para los varios cientos de curiosos y entusiasmados aficionados de las RHC Series, que se repartieron por los 1,25km de un circuito m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido que en ediciones anteriores y que proporcion\u00f3 emociones fuertes durante todo el d\u00eda<\/p>\n<p>Una vez m\u00e1s los <em>riders<\/em> han demostrado que esta disciplina deportiva tiene una trayectoria creciente. Los tiempos registrados en las tandas clasificatorias que empezaron a las 12 de la ma\u00f1ana son una buena muestra del estratosf\u00e9rico nivel que ha alcanzado esta variante ciclista.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez se conformaron los r\u00e1nkings de los 320 inscritos, sumando chicas y chicos, lleg\u00f3 la hora del espect\u00e1culo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WOMEN\u2019S RACE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Un autentica pasada! En poco m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o desde el primer Red Hook Crit con categor\u00eda espec\u00edfica de chicas, nos encontramos con una l\u00ednea de salida de 46 valientes listas para dejarse la piel en las curvas del circuito, impresionante.<\/p>\n<p>Hay muchas caras conocidas como <a href=\"http:\/\/rawcyclingmag.com\/rookies-del-ano-ainara-elbusto\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ainara Elbusto<\/a>, <strong>Ash Duban<\/strong>, <strong>Kacey Lloyd<\/strong>, <a href=\"http:\/\/rawcyclingmag.com\/rookies-del-ano-fleure-faure\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Fleure Faure<\/a> y muchas novedades que har\u00e1n de este Red Hook Crit Barcelona No.3 el m\u00e1s competitivo hasta la fecha en la categor\u00eda femenina.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Vamos! \u00a1Vamos! La carrera empieza fuerte, el grupo compacto marcha vuelta tras vuelta alternando varias atletas en primera posici\u00f3n, Ash, Ainara, Fleur&#8230; Hasta formar dos grupos, uno de cabeza de 7\/8 <em>riders<\/em> y un segundo un poco m\u00e1s distanciado. Reci\u00e9n pasada la mitad de carrera una ca\u00edda en la que se ven involucradas varias corredoras, entre ellas, Fleur Faure, Carla Nafria, Francisca Campos, obliga a los <em>Marshalls<\/em> a sacar bandera roja y detener la carrera (veremos que las banderas rojas han sido protagonistas de la noche).<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1<em>Reset<\/em>! La \u00faltima parte de carrera es un duelo para mantener la posici\u00f3n, Ash Duban que iba bien colocada, tiene que olvidar sus prop\u00f3sitos de p\u00f3dium por una ca\u00edda a un par de vueltas del final, igual destino para Vittoria Reati.<\/p>\n<p>Kacey Lloyd juega su carta ganadora en la \u00faltima vuelta, a la\u00a0 salida del <em>hairpin<\/em>, consigue unos metros de ventaja sobre Ainara Elbusto y Grenchen Sturmhofer que ser\u00e1n decisivos en el sprint final. Kacey Lloyd la chica que gan\u00f3 la primera edici\u00f3n de todos los RHC de la historia, se convirti\u00f3 en la vencedora despu\u00e9s de un ag\u00f3nico sprint con la corredora navarra.<\/p>\n<p>Sobresalientes las pruebas de Fleur Faure (Top Antagonist) y Carla Nafria, que, a pesar de la ca\u00edda que sufrieron, supieron mantener la sangre fr\u00eda y la cabeza enfocada en la carrera, terminando respetivamente en 10\u00aa y 8\u00aa Posici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Dicho esto Ainara Elbusto Arteaga mantiene con mucha seguridad el mando de la clasificaci\u00f3n general, con 115 puntos solo Kacey Lloyd puede amenazar su reinado, en la eventualidad que Ainara no puntuara en Mil\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MEN\u2019S RACE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mientras las chicas acababan la carrera m\u00e1s espectacular de las RHC Series vistas hasta ahora, los chicos no perd\u00edan ni un segundo para preparar la gran final. Sin quitar prestigio a todas las otras carreras, 5 minutos antes del <em>main race<\/em> un religioso silencio cae sobre el Parc del Forum de Barcelona. En la vuelta de reconocimiento se oye solo el ruido de las ruedas perfiladas y de los clips de los pedales, ya no hay espacio para bromas. Los luchadores ya est\u00e1n dispuestos en la parrilla. <em>It\u2019s time for a serious businness!<\/em> Despu\u00e9s de Brooklyn y Londres, Barcelona para muchos equipos y corredores, ha representado una carrera decisiva para \u00a0la temporada.<\/p>\n<p>La primera parte de carrera es muy \u201ctranquila\u201d, y tranquilo en un final de RHC es solo una caricatura del significado de esta palabra, el ritmo es brutal, se alternan en cabeza del grupo principal los favoritos para el top ten: <strong>Safa Brian<\/strong>, <strong>Bravini<\/strong>, <strong>Callegarin<\/strong>, <strong>Ravaioli<\/strong>, <strong>Guzman<\/strong>, <strong>Paz Duque<\/strong>&#8230; el ritmo del pelot\u00f3n es alucinante y por voz de muchos de los protagonistas desde dentro&#8230; adelantar no era un asunto f\u00e1cil.<\/p>\n<p>La carrera sigue el guion establecido hasta el hachazo de <a href=\"http:\/\/rawcyclingmag.com\/mario-paz-duque\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Mario Paz Duque<\/a> que intenta romper la carrera con 7 vueltas por delante, \u00bfest\u00e1 loco? Puede que si\u2026 pero el joven corredor de IRIDE lo tiene claro. <a href=\"http:\/\/rawcyclingmag.com\/ivan-ravaioli-de-faenza-a-lo-mas-alto-del-rhc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ivan Ravaioli<\/a>, l\u00edder de la general y corredor atento e impecable, le huele la pista y no pierde el tren. Los dos se aventuran en una fuga suicida, consiguiendo hasta 20 segundos de ventaja sobre el grupo de perseguidores. Solo David santos y Raffaele Maccari consiguen hacer un dueto perseguidor y ponerse en la pista de los dos fugitivos.<\/p>\n<p>Parece la t\u00edpica fuga destinada al fracaso y a su vez no&#8230; Mario e Ivan vuelta tras vuelta pegan fuerte al martillo, el <em>gap<\/em> del grupo sigue aumentando. La adrenalina no cesa\u2026 \u00a1\u00faltimas dos vueltas! Pero de repente todo el mundo se queda con la sangre helada, la bandera roja vuelve aparecer en la pista. Un <em>marshall<\/em> avisa de una ca\u00edda peligrosa justo fuera de la curva 2, los organizadores deciden parar la carrera quedando dos vueltas para el final.<\/p>\n<p>Por opini\u00f3n de varios corredores no hac\u00eda falta parar la carrera, la situaci\u00f3n no era tan grave pero, por otro lado, se entiende que la prioridad de la organizaci\u00f3n es la seguridad de los corredores y, a veces, hay que tomar decisiones muy importantes en pocos segundos.<\/p>\n<p>Par\u00f3n general, es el caos, algunos <em>riders<\/em> por los nervios y la adrenalina van a por los organizadores, se oyen gritos y hay momentos de tensi\u00f3n en la l\u00ednea de meta.<\/p>\n<p>Con algunos minutos de pausa todo se relaja un poco y se reanuda la carrera. Mario Paz Duque e Ivan Ravaioli salen con 20 segundos de ventaja respecto al grupo, una carrera uno contra uno, todo o nada, dos vueltas con el cuchillo entre los dientes&#8230; es un espect\u00e1culo al l\u00edmite del drama, los dos llegan a la \u00faltima curva pegad\u00edsimos, Mario lanza el sprint de su vida, pero Ravaioli esta vez le es superior por desarrollo y experiencia en los \u00faltimos metros, y consigue cruzar la l\u00ednea de meta en primera posici\u00f3n. Nunca sabremos qu\u00e9 hubiese pasado si esa dichosa bandera roja no hubiera aparecido.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Red Hook Crit Barcelona 3 (2015) - Official Race Video\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/3y_LZ3Moh3k?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>CRITWEEK<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Como los a\u00f1os anteriores, o quiz\u00e1 a\u00fan m\u00e1s, la ciudad condal ha sido invadida por una cantidad incre\u00edble de <em>riders<\/em>, <em>crews<\/em> y gente que gravita alrededor de la galaxia fixera, muchos de los cuales aprovechan la carrera por alargar un fin de semana en una ciudad fant\u00e1stica y hospitalaria como lo es Barcelona.<\/p>\n<p>Un espect\u00e1culo rodar por nuestra ciudad y ver grupetos de gente con sus bicis llegados de todo el mundo. La semana ha estado llena de actividades y salidas en bici donde pod\u00edas encontrarte pedaleando al lado de leyendas del ciclismo urbano como <a href=\"http:\/\/rawcyclingmag.com\/alfred-bobe-riding-with-the-wolves\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Alfred Bob\u00e9 Jr.<\/a>, Chas o Fish. \u00a1Flipante!<\/p>\n<p>El jueves, gracias al <a href=\"http:\/\/rawcyclingmag.com\/pista-barcelona\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Club Pista Barcelona<\/a>, los <em>riders<\/em> tuvieron acceso al Vel\u00f2drom d\u2019Horta, reci\u00e9n reformado. Un aut\u00e9ntico espect\u00e1culo y un gran privilegio que como otros a\u00f1os se ha puesto a disposici\u00f3n de los corredores del RHC.<\/p>\n<p>Esta carrera es la culminaci\u00f3n de un movimiento que entrelaza una red de gente incre\u00edble, corredores, equipos, fot\u00f3grafos, <em>filmmakers<\/em>, <em>bloggers<\/em> y apasionados que durante estos \u00faltimos a\u00f1os ha adquirido una identidad propia. Un mundo donde todos conocen a todos y donde es incre\u00edble ver como en cada evento se genera siempre la misma energ\u00eda positiva, que es la verdadera esencia de todo esto.<\/p>\n<p>Quiz\u00e1s
